Can somebody help me find a Pokemon that knows sweet scent when you catch it or at least tell me where to find
the tm sweet scent

Oddish can learn it like at level 12 so why not try catching one of thoughs.

There is no TM Sweet scent.
Oddish can be caught with Sweet scent. It learns Sweet scent at level 7.

Hoppips can learn it. Most grass monsters can and will eventually.

Usually if you use a sun stone on gloom it will evovle into bellossom and usually it will pick it up as it grows!
