No you cannot. But you can find other Pokemon from gold and silver but sorry not them.

You can't get them in the GBA games but you can get the second forms in Pokemon Collaseum, thats where I got mine, then Trade them to you're GBA game and put them in the daycare with a ditto to get their first forms
