Hey dudes plz could you answer my silly questions
1) how can I get the VS seeker
2) where is route 102 (rember this is firered and not ruby)
3) how can I get a whynot in the game

2) I don't think theres a route 102.

The VS Seeker is in the town were you get on the boat, And it's located in the Pokemon Center.

3. Make one from a Wobuffet. Or, Trade from other games.
