How do I evolve golbat

Plz I need would it if someone would tell me how to evolve golbat at level 59 plz ???

In Pokemon fire red, This is not possible.

I believe you can Evolve Golbat into Crobat in Pokemon FireRed by having it Level-Up with maximum happiness. However, I believe you must first have the National Pokedex before it can evolve.
