Why is it that when I push start I can't access my Pokemon to us
I when I press start I have no option to view pokemon. Why is that and is there any way to fix it?

Try pressing the Select Button and see if that helps. You should be able to access your Party Pokemon by clicking either the Select Button or Start Button.
If you are playing on a Nintendo DS or a ROM, it will might be a different Button that is needed to be pressed.
