Question for Pokemon FireRed
I'm playing FireRed, Emerald and other Pokemon GBA games on my DS lite and wonder if it's possible to trade pokemons from one game to another via two DS lite consoles instead of the old gameboy?

Unfortunately that is not possible. For fire red and leaf green a Wireless link adapter or a linkcable is required. And these only work on the gameboy advance and the gameboy advance SP. I honestly don't know about Emerald or Ruby and Sapphire, a linkcable works for both, but I don't know about the wireless link adapter.
