Does any body now how to get zap cannon TM? Also can you buy more of them?

I don�t now for sure, but no. Thunderbolt, shock wave and thunder are TMs, but a Regi (any of them)+ a few electric pokemon+Nosepass can learn zap cannon. In Emerald you can teach Volt tackle to your Pikachu/Raichu. I�m not sure about breeding either. Hope it helped

zap cannon is a strong yet inaccurate attack. im not sure if you can get it or not
