Question for Pokemon FireRed
On the T.V series Pokemon Advanced Challenge (Trainers Choice,) it says that Arbok evolves into Seviper. Is this true?
If yes, how do you evolve Arbok?

You need some sort of item if it does Evolve. The type of item I mean is like the Metal Coat(but not the Metal Coat here).

No, not on the game (that I know of). Some one told me that Ninetails evolves into Growlithe, but it's not true... I've got a Lv.100 arbok, and it never evolved, so there must be a way to Evolve it.

No Arbok does not evove into seviper. Seviper is a no evolvution pokemon.
