Question for Pokemon FireRed

How many steps does it take to hatch an egg? Please help

RATE MY team please
Blazinken level 88 moves blaze kick,sky uppercut,cut (also no idea)fir blast
Balstoise level 74 moves hydro cannon,hydro pump,surf mega kick
Raquaza level 76 moves hyper beam, fly,waterfall (no idea why it has that) outrage
Mewtwo level 73 moves psychic, metronome,recover,focus punch
Zapdos level 52 moves thunder, shock wave,detect and drill peck
Articuno level 55 moves blizzard, ice beam,fly,agility

PS. Are there any ways to get Deoxys without a replay code and other stuff like that?

It depends on the egg. 5/10

The hatch time of an egg depends on what Pokemon had the egg.Your team is good I'd give it a 8.5 out of 10.The only way to get Deoxys is a Nintendo event or codes.
