Question for Pokemon FireRed

Hey , I would really appreciate some help.Iv been playing a lot of Pokemon FR lately on gpSphone , but one day I noticed that no wild Pokemon were attacking , at first I thought it was a cheat so I deleted them all but still no wild Pokemon.After a while I tried to use a max repel and it said "But the effects still lingered from earlier" . Since then I have walked the whole map 3 times yet , nothing.....I started using sweet scent but it got annoying ,,,, so PLEASE ANYONE , HELP!

This is something that can happen when you use Cheats/Codes. Since you already tried deleting the Cheats and that didn't work, I would suggest that you start a new game.
