Question for Pokemon FireRed

Hey!
Does anyone know where to get Nidoran male? Because I can't find him in the same place as Pokemon Red. If you know do tell me, because he's the only pokemon I haven't caught from the National Pokedex.

You Get It at the first grass you see when going to the Pokemon League.

It can be found in the grass inside the Indigo Plateau.
