You can get one but you hav to Trade from Coliseum or Ruby or Saphire, you have to trade the Evee at a certain time to get an Espeon or umbrion.
Then Trade it back to fire red or leaf green since there aren't clocks in fire red or leaf green look at the cloks in Ruby or saphire.
P.S. Ruby or Saphie aren't able to use Wireless link cables.

You have to Trade one from colosseum also you have to trade Umbreon from colosseum or you can just get an Eevee and Evolve it.
