How do I get the ticket for the 8 & 9 islands when i got the mystery gift already?

You can obtain the tickets to these islands only by a Nintendo event or what ive heard also you can get to the islands by some kind of AR cheats but I don't know what they are.

Since I believe the Nintendo Event has passed, you can now only receive the items through Pokemon Action Replay Codes. These codes should be easy to find if you click this link.
