Question for Pokemon FireRed
How do I get to cinnabar Island? I can't surf down from Pallet because a fence is blocking the water. Is there a way to get there through seafom islands? I have a rom for visual boy advance so that may be causing the problem with the fence.

You can get to Cinnabar Island by surfing south from Pallet Town. You may need to have Six Gym Badges to do this, but I'm not 100% sure. Your Rom may be the reason why you cannot do it as well.

Once you get through the cave on seafoam and move the boulders to settle the current to get to the exit door, you can Surf (left) to cinnabar.
