Where can I find Smeargle? I've looked everywhere for it but cant find it anywhere

You can get it in that transformation cave(forgot exact name, sorry), but you need to go to special nintendo events to activate it there. You best bet is to snag it in colosseum and Trade it over to fr/lg.

He is not catchable in Fire red or Leafgreen he must be obtainded in pokemon Emerald or with Action Replay it is also not available in Ruby or Sapphire.

Smeargle is not in this game.
You can only get it by trading with Coloseum.

Smeargle can be found in Colosseum, but it is slated to appear in the Safari Zone in Emerald once you defeat the Pok�mon League.
