Now i also have a Seadra lvl. 63 i have that cuz i wanna replace my Vaporeon once it evolves into a Kingdra... but the problem is that i can't find a dragon scale in my fire red

1.) is it possible to find a dragon scale in fire red?

2.) If so where can i find it?

3.) If not then tell me where to find it in ruby, cuz i neva when play ruby fo 1 long time

I also have a PRIMEAPE, and a KADABRA, if i should replace it should i? and if so with who?
