Question for Pokemon FireRed
Are there any action replay codes that make it possible to encounter a kyogre and groudon (my utmost 2 favorite pokemon) in the wild?
Also are there any action replay codes for kingdra (my third most favorite pokemon.)?

I don't remember finding AR codes like that. I have codes for those two pokemon on Gameshark though. Try getting that.
