I don't think you can Evolve Rhydon into a Rhyperior in FireRed, but the way you evolve it is to give a Protector(Which I don't think is even in the this game)to Rhydon and then Trade it, it will evolve after the trade.

You can not Evolve your rhydon to a rhyperior. Because rhyperior came out for the ds version which was the 4th generation, while the fire-red version which came as the 3rd generation for the game boy advance.
