Question for Pokemon FireRed

I have a problem. I used an AR code for all Pokeballs and it put some pokeballs in my key items. Does anybody know how to fix it?

If you can't get rid of them you must start the game over to get rid of them. And ARs don't work good. If you use more than one cheat on a game it can mess up the game.
