Chansey should be in the first area that you enter when you enter the Safari Zone.

i agree I've been lokking for it for two hours for an lucky egg. i haven't even found a single chantey

In answer to your question, Chansey appear in a lot of places in the Safari Zone, but are incredibly rare, to the extent you may only see one in a few trips to the Safari zone. Not only that, but they are incredibly difficult to catch. Good luck chansey hunting!

I play Pokemon for 3 years and I never ever seen a Chansey in my whole life so I don't know where Chansey is
