Pokemon Fire Red-Link Cable

I pretend buy a Link Cable,but he have four conections doors and I will use only 2 of then.It will work?(sorry for the bad Inglish....I am brazilian XD)

Yes, it should work. The four connects are for Player 1, Player 2, Player 3 and Player 4. You do not need to have all four players available to use it.
