Where is the kangkaskhan in the safari zone.

Those are tough too find
But I think you can find them anywhere in the Safari Zone,just they are very rare

They're all over.
And yes,they are quite rare.

You find Kangkaskhann in the Safari Zone, but you do not find it in a certain part of the Safari Zone. It appears randomly at random times.
