I need 40 Pokemon so I can get the amulet coin because I need money to face the elite four so weres a good place to get pokemon

I will certainly recommend searching in cerilean cave but your Pokemon will need to be at a high level at least level 70 or above hope this helps.

Go to any patch of grass that you can find outside cities, within caves, ANYWHERE where there are wild pokemon. Try going inside Cinnabar Mansion, or going through Mount Moon, look through the grass right outside Cerulean City to the left and the right. Go anywhere and everywhere and catch anything you don't own.
