The Itemfinder is at Route 11 near Vermillion City.Go past Diglett's Cave and avoid all trainers on the way.Go into the building,up the stairs,then talk to the aide.You must have at least thirty different kind of pokemons caught (yes,evolutions count).He will then give you the Itemfinder.Hoped I helped,rate please.
