who should i add?

Im in the middle of the game 6th gym. I have 5 pokemon. Charizard lv48 Raichu lv47 Vaporeon lv47 Nidoking lv46 and Dragonaire lv 48. I don't know who to add please tell me.

Psychic or dream eater
Ice beam
Attrct

To get it, catch a poliwhirl
Trade it wit the old man in cerealun city
And train the jynx named zynx
