I would like to know how to catch Mew 2?
How do I catch Mew 2? Where do I find him? Right now I am trying to win against the elite four. Thank you for your help.

First you have to complete your quest on the Sevii Islands.
You need to give Celio (located on island 1) the Ruby and Sapphire.
Then, you need to obtain na National Dex from Oak
Now, a cave named Cerulean Cave will open in Cerulean City. Go inside this cave and look for Mewtwo. He'll be at level 70..

Mewtwo is in Cerulean Cave. To access it, you need to finish the Sevii Islands quest (retrieving both Ruby and Sapphire gems and gibing them to Celio so he can activate the machine allowing you to Trade between FR and R/S/E). Once you do that, you'll be able to enter the cave and find Mewtwo. It'll be at lvl 70

Just get it down to little hp and then use speceal effects on it like asleep or confusion. Save before battleing it so it doesnt knock itself out and you lost it. Its in the cave at the far end, next to nugget brigde or above the city where you battle Misty.

You have to beat the elite 4 first then complete the quests on the 7 islands you get after then ember cave will open which is the cave by Misty's gym
