Frenzy plant and Blast burn

The lady on Cape Brink wont tech my Charizard Blast burn...also it happens on my brothers game,she says "your Venasaur....no, I was mistaken... Why wont she teach the moves? How do I get her to tech them the moves? Please answer asap please and thanks.

Well they have to like you, and it has to be your Starter. How to tell it likes you is when you give it a healing item out of battle it will move forward or back. When it moves 4 spaces forward it Really loves you and it should be ready. Not letting it faint, give it items (not bitter), have it groomed by your Riva's Sister all make it like you more.
