Starter Pokemon (cant find certain pokemon in any GBA game)

Where do I get a starter Pokemon called cyndaquil, or a totodile, or a cyndaquil, these three starter Pokemon never have been in leaf green or fire red, or ruby, or saphire, or emerald of the game boy advance games. How do I get these starter Pokemon for my pokedex please and thanks.

The only way you are going to get these Pokémon, is to: A) Action Replay, B) GameShark, C) Buy one of these: Gold, Silver or Crystal Versions, D) Find somebody who has one of the Above games. Leviosia.

Well if you have ruby safire or emreld when you get the nationl dex birch lets you choose on of theise Pokemon ciniquil totodile or chicorita but only one

When you obtain the Notion Pokedex, Prof. Birch will allow you to have one of the Pokemon. I think you're going to need Emerald/Ruby/ or Sapphire.

You get it in Pokemon emerald only if you get 200 Pokemon in the hoenn dex excluding jirachi and deoxys, go to prof. Birch's lab and you will get one of the johto starters and trade it to your game
