Does anyone know what game you can get the shiny key on and how you get it? Thank you so much ahead of time!!!

Ok sothere's three keys the card key for silph co. That's in the silph building on the 5th floor. Next there's the lift key that operates the elevator in teaqms rocket's hideout that's below rocket Game Corner on the b4f. Last there's the secret key for cinnabar's gym it's somewhere in the Pokemon Mansion. But other than that I don't think there's any more keys.
