Yea uhh I was wonderin if some way I could get all the starter pokemon

Yes. You will need a Leaf Green (LG) version or if you have LG you will need Fire Red (FR). I think you need to catch at least 7 Pokemon to be able to Trade.

The only way you can get all 3 Starter Pokemon is to Trade with someone, or have two of the same game and 2 GBA's and trade with yourself with another pokemon. Then restart the one GBA and start the other getting the other Pokemon and trading.

Action replay codes or Trade with freinds or even borrow from freinds and just make eggs of the desired pokemon

By having fr and lg use one of them to Trade to the other and there you have all three starters
