Where or how do I get the Vs. Seeker???? Plz help really need the answer!!!

You get it in maulville I think (the 3rd Gym) there is a girl in the pokecentre who gives it to you.

You get it from the girl in the pokecenter in front of the machine that the pokeballs go on to heal.. It's by the gym leader of electricity
