elemental moves
Can blastoise, charizrd or venusaur learn any of their own elemental moves even though they are traded? Because I have a blastoise which was given by my friend and I want to know if it can learn hydro cannon...pls answer asap... Thanks

Yes, I think so because I am not sure what your asking but if a Pokemon is traded it still learns all the same moves and TMs or HMs so you can teach Blastoise plenty of Water moves.

No it can't the lady in the house teaches your Starter and YOUR starter only she'll teach Charizard blast burn blastiose hydro cannon and bulbasour I have yet to have found out

You can learn the hidro cannon in second Island, but your blastois in first.
