You can't breed mewtwo or Mew without either an action replay or a gameshark. Also Mew doesn't evovle into mewtwo under any circumstances so the video was most likely fake.

I don't know how you make FAKE vidios cos I'm not one of those people but no Mew does NOT evolve into mewtwo and you can't breed mewtwo
