How do I get the 8 island after the 7 island I need to know plzzzzzzzz hepl!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are only seven islands, the only other islands in the island chain are birth island and Navel Rock, both of which can only be accessed if you obtain special items through nintendo events which are long gone. Now you must use an action replay or gameshark.
