How do I get to saffron city I've already tried the water,lemonade,and soda and already have 6/8 badges

Go to Celadon City then enter a build with a guy facing towards the building then sreak to an old lady that has Pokemon surronding her she will then give you Tea then give it to the guard and walla finito you can go into saffron.

You have to get hot Tea from a lady in a building that is how

You go to Celadon City and get Tea from the old lady in the house where there are Pokemon surrounding her then you give it to the gaurd
