Feed a golbat at lest 5 of medice like carbos or protein and all the other ones and then just lvl it up a few lvls and then you got urself a crobat.

For Golbat to Evolve into Crobat, it needs maximum happiness. The ways I can remember to increase a Pokemon's happiness is to battle with it, giving it vitamins (carbos, zinc, iron...) and grooming it. To avoid decreasing it's happiness, don't feed it medicinal herbs or letting your Golbat faint in battle.

I just battled with mine and never let him die and he evolved and he lives on to own another day....

Another way is to not let him faint, and use potions on him. This will show that you care for your Pokemon, and he will be more happy.
