Question for Pokemon FireRed
In some places the game says that you can not use SURF... How do you use SURF there? Like in the Sea Foam Islands... Please Help!!!!! Thanks in advance.

If the game it says you can't Surf, YOU CAN'T SURF!!!!!!! In Seafoam Islands, shove boulders down holes.
