Btw, just in case you don't know, beat the elite 4 to get access to islands 4 to 7

Do the islands like the other guy said then go to cerulean cave (its a kind of tough maze so try the walkthroughs) then when you find him SAVE if you don't want to use your master ball you should catch him with 5-10 ultra balls.
