Does anyone know how to get the Arura ticket without using E-Reader or going to that Wondersport place

The only other way is by use of an Action Replay, Gameshark, or Codebreaker Cheat Cartridge.

You can attend a Nintendo event. The only info I have on those so far is posted on the FireRed forum-dates, places-but there are only 3 events announced as of now...Atlanta, Minneapolis, Seattle.

Anyone wonderoing how to get Aurora Ticket or catch Deoxys on Island 9-go to forum look for Nintendo Event thread posted 10/01-on both FR & LG Forums!
