i talked 2 prof. oak, but...

I talked 2 prof. Oak,and I have the national dex,but he doesn't give me a choice between totodile, chicorita or cintaquil, what do I do?

I don't think you can get those pokemon. You have to Trade with them from Ruby and saphire. That's what the machine is for on One Island.

You can only get the nation dex by getting over 60 or so pokemon.
In realation to the jhoto starters you can only get them through Pokemon Emerald by completeing the hoenn dex without deoxies and jirachi all (200) hope it helps

You only can get those three Pokemon by getting your national dex on Ruby or Sapphire version, sorry about this. I hoped this helps.
