king's rock

Does anbody know hwere I can get the kings rock I have a lvl 29 pliwhirl and I want to evolve it into a politthe king's rock anywhere so anybody plz help me
Also when does krabyy evolve into kingler, when does ponyta evolve into rapidash and why are the birds in my game immune to all forms of pokeballs except master bal plz answeer me anyone??????

On Islands 5-7.can't ansswer other's

Kind's rock is found on island 5.
Krabyy Evolve into kingler once krsbyy learns a move called guilleten or something.
Don't know other.
