You get a Conire (berry jar) from a man in his house north west of the Pokemon center in Cerulian City.

Well you have to find some berries first then talk to the man in Cerulean City in the house next to the house with the backyard. He will tell you that he makes berry powder out of crushed berries and he will ask you if you like berries, say yes and he will give it to you. Hope that helps!
