How do I use pm explosion on Mt ember? Also is there a list of where to get moonstones?

You can try out looking in the Walkthroughs for the lactation's of moonstones. I think you have to teach it to a Pokemon in order to use it. Also it is a TM not pm... Though I am sure it is just a typo.
