hot to get to islands 9 &8

I need to know how to get the with out cheats I got the sapphire gem and ruby gem but I need to get there and I need to know how to get how to find Mew yow in the cave

Well the only other way to get to islands 8 & 9 is to go to a Nintendo Special Event. But the only problem is that there hasn't been one of those since 2004, and there is never going to ever be another one of those.

Sorry you cannot find those islands anymore you need a nintendo event but they finished ages ago. So theres more events coming for Diamond and Pearl. I hoped this helped.
