On the ground you might see some darker dots, those are berries, they're all around the place and even on the Sevii Islands. Also some wild Pokemon hold berries.

Look on the ground,if you see a dark spot(Press A),and there should be a berry.
Or you could catch a Pokemon with the ability Pickup to search for berries.

You can find some in Berry Forest on Three Island everyday. They are sometimes held by Pokemon. Otherwise, you have to Trade from Ru/Sa/Em.

Your kidding right? Berries are almost everywhere, growing in soil. Look around.
