Question for Pokemon FireRed

Hi guys! I was wondering why Mew doesn't obey you when you use an Action Replay to get him. If your wondering, I have all 8 gym badges and every other Pokemon obeys me. For some reason though, he doesn't obey me. My friend used the same action replay and got his Mew to obey him.

My second question is sort of coplicated. It's how do you get a Pokemon game, such as leaf green or diamond to get installed onto your computer? I've already tried it on google.com. Thank you for your answers. Please answer A.S.A.P.

The action replay thing might be that the Mew is hacked and hacked Pokemon will sometimes not obey you and do other crazy things.

If you hack in Mew using a cheating device, that's what happens. The same thing happens with Deoxys, but those two are the only ones that disobey you if you hack them in. Thankfully, Mew isn't all that great anyway.

Hmm, BitLord is the only option I can think of. If it doesn't let you download games, then I have no idea what to suggest otherwise.

No you don't. Go to a rom site like romsmania.cc

Mew and Deoxys are the only ones will not obey you if you get them through Action Replay Codes. Though I do not know why, but I believe there is no way to fix this.
