You need to attend a special event in real life to obtain the items which will be uploaded as a mystery gift onto your gameboy advance game cart, and those special items will, in some way, allow you to get to the places where you can battle these two legendaries. It's like that for a lot of them, actually.

Either that, or you could use a cheat device, like an action replay.

I can and will trade you them and you need any shiney Pokemon because I have a ton of them and those that want to know why I have got so many because I have a game shark oh and know I won't put the code on here also it is in the cheats so don't ask PLEASE.
