You have to get the sapphire and ruby gem to celio in firered/leafgreen before you can trade with Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.

To do that first gat the ruby and the blue one (i forgot the name)in fire red and leaf green ok.one is in 1 island and I don't know where the othere one is.

Ok, you have to obtain the ruby, sappire, and emerald in firered/leafgreen. Then give 'em to Celio and you can trade.
