*you need to use a stone to evolve lombre into ludicolo. It's either a leaf stone, water stone or sun stone. I think it's a water stone. At any level.
*ice moves and dragon moves are super effective against dragon type pokemon.
*you battle wally again just before you exit victory road which is just before you battle the elite 4. Hes tough but not unbeatable. He has a strong psychic pokemon. It's the evolved form of ralts (you helped him catch it)
*the master ball I think is in the aqua or magma hideout. I can't remember. Sorry. I only remember for ruby and sapphire.
*you have to find a Bagon in meteor falls (in the room/cave right were you find the dragon fang, youll need hm:surf and hm:waterfall to get there.) evolve Bagon into shellgon and shellgon into salamence. Evolves into salamence at lvl 40 or 50 I think. Dragon/flying type.
*for flygon, go to the desert, catch a trapinch. The higher the lvl the better, it evolves into a vibrava at lvl 35 and into a flygon at lvl 45. It is my favourite pokemon. Dragon/ground type.

What is super efective to dragon type pokemon? Ice and dragon
Do you battle that kid you helpt get his first Pokemon at the bigining of the game at the end of the elit four? No, you fight him in victory road
Were do you get the master ball? In the Aqua hideout in lilycove city or if you win the lottery.
Were do you get salamance and flygon? You get flygon after catching a trapinch in the desrt and traing it up to 35 when it will evolve into a vibrava and then up to lvl 45 when it elvolves into flygon
You get salamance in meteor falls after you get water fall. You catch a Bagon, which evolves into a shlgon at lvl 30 and a salamance at lvl50

Serebii.net go there to get all the Pokemon info you will ever need.
Ice and dragon are effective against dragon.
No you battle the kid right before the elite 4.
You get the master ball in team aquas hideout when you go through it.
You get flygon by evolving a vibrava with evolves from a trapinch which can be caught in the desert.
And you can catch a Bagon inside meteor falls.

3. You mean Wally? No, then. 4. In the Aqua hideout near Lilycove
5. a) Evolve from shelgon/ Bagon, you find Bagon in a special room in meteor cave
5. b) Evolve from vibrava/trapinch you find trapinch in the desert
