Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hey peoples(yes I said peoples)! I'm on the Battle Fronteir, and I was wondering, how do I get passed the wiggly tree near the old lady? I've seen this in other games, like gold. In the other games there's a salon or something. You get a spray bottle and spray the tree. So how do i get passed this tree?

You have to use the wailmer pail. You get it from the flower store outside the petalburg forest exit.

Just wet it with a wailmer pail. It is a sudowoodo.

Go where you get out of the forest near rustboro city and you will see a flower shop there go inside one of the girls will give you a wailmer pail and you use the wailmer pail on the tree and it will be a sudowoodo






(p.s when you get into the water there is no Pokemon in that water)

Don't you have a wailmer pail? Oh, good. Select it while near the tree and you'll water it and it says "Watered the weird tree with the Wailmer Pail. Uh-oh! The weird tree doesn't like the Wailmer Pail!" or something then you battle.
